Debate Lingo -- 4

I'm not sure how I felt about this one; there was a somber kind of feeling as it ended -- the kind of feeling one gets when they've been driving for days and they know that home is closing in, reflecting back on the ride... so now it's time to enjoy the final stretch to its fullest, so as to not regret the time spent on this trip.

For the sake of being consistent, here's a couple of qoutes from THE dub, cause he's just so easy to quote:

dub: "we must stop these activist judges!" -- I know, this isn't verbatim, but it catches the essence of what he was saying

dub: "rally the armies of compassion!" -- interesting, just interesting... sigh

Kerry: we can do better!

THE dub = again, better composed, as if he was advised to smile everytime he felt like "scowling". Very. Fake. But hey, that's normal.

Kerry = Kerry carried the same demeanor and style throughout the debates, usually explaining things in a seemingly well-thought-out manner. He looked confident and didn't look like he was trying to hard, or rather, seemed naturally accustomed to answering questions and challenges. I'm sure the fact that he is a former lawyer plays a large part in my perception of him as a good debater.

"need some wood?"
