Debating the Debates?
So, are you one of those thousands of Americans that is still debating who to vote for? If so you probably have entered into numerous conversations with your peers on the credentials of each candidate. But, is there really a question as to whom is the best choice? Some people would say "NO!". I say yes because I don't feel that Kerry is neccesarily the BEST choice, I only feel that he is the BETTER choice. My co-host and I have debated this many times in the past few weeks and I think we agree. Should we actually vote for someone even though we don't agree with everything they bring to the table just so the other one (the DUBBYA) won't get the vote?
Maybe that is the way of it. I guess one never totally agrees with the views and stand points of a candidate. I personally am still un-sure of my vote for Kerry. I am however totally opposed to having Bush as my president for another four years. For the past few weeks I have been thinking of not voting because I don't want to vote for someone I am unsure of. Lately, I have been thinking of voting just to vote against bush. Is that really being true and honest? What if Kerry does an even worse job? And I voted for him. It seems really shallow and devious ( Just like Bush) to rail-road someone out of the presidency even though you aren't sure about who you are voting for.... What do you think?
