To the Red Planet in 90 days?

The "mag-beam"(magnetized beam plasma propulsion), a new spacecraft propulsion device, is being poured over at the University of Washington. If the idea pans out, astrounauts could get to Mars in as short as 90 days. Barren wasteland, here we come.
