This Year in Blogdom

It was only one year ago that pooponpolitics was unearthed from the synaptic firings of my brain. When I first started this thing, I wasn't exactly sure what I would use it for (aside from the obvious theme that the name "pooponpolitics" implies -- politics. And poop. Believe me, there's plenty of poop to be found in the world of policy-making.) In any case, now that summer is here I hope to get some regular post action fired up again. Those who frequent pooponpolitics no doubt notice that I'm not particularly consistent in keeping with politics, and it will probably remain that way. As long as the content on this site doesn't deviate too much from the title, I'm sure you'll understand. I'm looking for ways to make the site more interesting (possibly guest bloggers, weekly topics, tidbits, and/or other kinds of hoo-ha). If you would like to write for pooponpolitics, or if you have any suggestions, let 'em fly in the comments.

For those who have been coming here regularly (most of whom are friends of mine -- with the exception of a few others in blogdom), I thank you for continuing to read the nonsense that I write. Cheers!
