The mood in D.C....

As I was saying, the political climate in D.C. is, well, rather polarized in favor of kerry and in dissaproval of THE dub. This web site, the electoral vote predictor, gathers up various polls and displays the current predicted status of the election. 'Tis also updated daily and lists the sources of their polling information. I noticed on the site that D.C. had the lowest % of THE dub supporters, while freaking wyoming had the highest % of THE dub supporters. Mississippi also ranks as one of the highest in dub country.

It's bad enough that THE dub couldn't even have a traditional inaugaration at the white house because people were throwing eggs at his motorcade, but to be the prez, and have a 9% approval rating in D.C. seems pretty bad. Granted, D.C. is small, very small, but it's still a horrible rating.

Then, there's wyoming. Ever driven through wyoming? Not a bad landscape, home to much of yellowstone park, as well as the grand tetons... out in the middle of freaking nowhere. I'm not necessarily drawing any conclusions about the people in wyoming, just interesting that the state with apparently the most dub supporters is out in the middle of freaking nowhere... draw your own conclusions.
