Uhh.. umm... dealing with... umm... th... ugh... the Assets

Watching his 'energy update' this morning, Dubya seriously looks like he's about to lose it, constantly pausing and mismatching words/sentences. I don't think he knows what to say anymore, and he really looks like he hates answering questions. I suppose this is nothing new, but it certainly isn't getting any better.

Need I say that our president can't talk or think straight? Ugh.
