Predicting who the dub will appoint to various positions is easy, just figure out who would be the most unreasonable and/or strangely absurd choice for the job -- and bingo! It's that one.

We wouldn't want to offend religion by not allowing it to flourish within our government:

Justice Antonin Scalia then stated that while the Establishment Clause was obviously designed to protect religious minorities from the tyranny of the majority, "minorities must tolerate majorities" as well.

Absurd.

I hope we can get around to putting up a monument of The Four Noble Truths. We might as well come up with a dedication to the Tao Te Ching... and some kind of sign that points us to Mecca... Hare Krishna! These monuments should be reserved for federal and state property -- after all, that's where they belong.
