Bush's Overtime Law...
basically says that instead of earning time and a half, people who work over time will now earn time off. I think that is a bunch of ****! Personally, if I work that many hours, I want to get payed time and a half for it. Otherwise, what is the point? Either way you get the time off. I've had jobs where it was optional to stay late and get payed for time and a half. Now I wouldn't volunteer. I already earn vacation time that is payed. I liked O.T. because of the increase on my check. In this article it kind of implies that he was using the fact that he changed the law as a booster to his campaign. He was campaigning in Ohio at the time. It just goes to show just how brilliant the Big G.W. really is. (Don't know if anyone in Ohio thought the same as me or not.)
I also find it funny how he says that he has totally improved the economy, but that the state of Ohio just hasn't came around to the national level. Why the hell would he even bring that up then? I'm not sure what to believe - he says that he has created so many jobs and brought the economy around full swing, "better than it has been in years", but yet then you have KErry's campaign Ads saying how he sent all the jobs across sees. Maybe Bush just isn't mentioning that all the jobs he has created have been for foriegners...
